How do I place an order?
You choose your products and add them to your Shopping Bag.
You can view the products in the Shopping Bag at any time using the “Shopping
Bag” button on the left upper menu. When you want to proceed to the payment page, use the “Checkout”
button. After completing the needed information (name, delivery address, contact information) you will be
directed to a secured page to provide billing information (Credit card information). Your credit card information
is processed by PayPal.
We do NOT store your credit card information on our servers.
What payment options do I have?
We accept online payments using any international credit cards accepted by Paypal.
Payment with your PayPal account is also available.
Can the shipping address be different from the billing address?
Yes, the shipping address can be different from the billing address and if you
have a member account you can even save more shipping addresses in your address
book.
What transport options do I have?
We ship wolrdwide with EMS (Express Mail Service), or Regular Mail Service.
How long do orders take to be delivered?
Processing and validation of your orders take one or two business days maximum.
After that, the order is shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service) or Regular Mail Service depending on your choice.
Depending on the country of destination, the delivery time varies from four
days to two weeks.

How can I view the details of my transaction?
One your order has been placed and accepted, an invoice will be sent to your
email address. The invoice should be reviewed, and kept for any further references.
You can also view the status of your order in your Member Account.

Yes, once you have a Member Account on our website you can login to your account
and see all your previous orders at any time.
