Shipping and Returns
Once an order is placed, it is validated and processed. Processing and validation of your order may take up to two business days. Once completed, your products are shipped using EMS (Express Mail Service).
Orders are processed and shipped every day from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Depending on the country of destination, the delivery time varies from four days to two weeks. Please consult the complete list of delivery times (.pdf) for the countries that we ship to. However some delays may occur due to the carrier, so please be patient and if necessary contact our support department.
You can check the status of your order at any time in your member account. You can also track all of your previous orders.
A shipping confirmation may be requested by the customer approximately one to three business days after submitting an order.
We will email you a sales invoice once your order has been processed.
Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and www.GerovitalRomania.com will NOT be held responsible for returned orders due to customer negligence.
GerovitalRomania.com ships worldwide. We do not charge any federal, state, local or county taxes on online transactions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper payments as required by applicable laws. The customer is responsible for all custom taxes at the point of entry into the country of destination if applicable.
Return Policy
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we are accepting merchandise returns for a refund. The products must be returned to us within 10 days from the date of delivery. All the transport taxes will be supported by the customer and the products must be accompanied by the original sales invoice.
Unacceptable reasons for a refund :
- Color(s) of the merchandise are darker/lighter than displayed.
- Merchandise had minor color differences from the pictures.
- The aspect of the products is not exactly the same as in the pictures.
You will be receiving instructions for returning the products from our support department if necessary. However in order to avoid such situations please review your orders carefully and contact us for any questions.
Order Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately by email at support@GerovitalRomania.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been shipped and left our premises it cannot be cancelled or modified. If this is the case please review our return policy.
